0122785544 | 2016-02-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a follow-up inspection on the well after my request on 02/0/2016 to have the oil and contaminated soil/Peat-Sorb removed. All of the contaminated material has been scraped away and removed. I was unable to detect any residual oil/contaminated material. The well was producing during my inspection and no leaks were detected. |
1177550627 | 2016-02-03 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. There was oil-saturated Peat Sorb along with mobile oil present around the front and sides of the pumping unit, with the widest area measuring 102 inches. The pumping unit was producing at the time of inspection and no active leaks were detected. The tank battery shares production equipment with PN#20560 and consists of one 100 bbl production tank, one 50 bbl brine tank, one vertical separator, one drip bottle, and one meter run with a current 30 day chart. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike. Proper identification is posted at the well and tank battery. The lease road is stable and drivable. I spoke to Joe Evans, pumper for Enervest, in person on 02/03/2016 regarding the leaked oil around the well. He will have all of the oil and saturated Peat Sorb removed, as well as any residual contaminated soil removed and properly disposed of as soon as possible. |
1438082914 | 2012-01-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | This well is in production and no violations were noted at this time. |
