1445434412 | 2015-10-19 | Orphan | No Violations | My inspection this day is due to a complaint by the landowner, Joseph Profitt. I found this well with the 5.5 OD casing and 2 3/8 tubing completely rusted off. The wellhead and valves were laying on the ground. I observed no fluid in the hole and no smell of gas or oil. The casing is broke off at ground level and just below the casing clamp used to hold the pipe in place. Below the tubing clamp is a tee with a 2 nipple with gate valve on one side of the tee. Above the clamp is also a tee with 2 nipple and another gate valve. About 3 down inside the casing, the space is filled with limbs, leaves and other debris. Steel flow lines run north from the well above ground. Access to the well is off of Eaton Rd. Some trees and brush will need to be removed to get the equipment on location. Pictures taken, SEM is 140. |
1469201832 | 2016-07-13 | Orphan | No Violations | Upon inspection of this orphan well, it was observed that there has been no change in the status of the well since the last inspection. The well is incapable of production and consists of 5.1875 casing and 2 tubing with a well head and valve. The 2 tubing is rotted off at the surface and is laying by the well. The landowner, Joseph Profitt, states that he does not recall the well ever producing. New photos were taken. |
