| I was on location at 1:24am to witness the cementing of the 13.375 surface casing.  Nomac Rig #70 drilled a 17.5 hole to a depth of 830' and Wyoming Casing ran 823' of surface pipe into the hole.  O-Tex rigged up and cemented the casing with 156 barrels of Class H cement slurry.  20 barrels of good cement weighing 15.8lbs/gal circulated to surface.  See cement ticket for more details on this job.  No violations.

| I was onsite to witness the cementing of the conductor casing. Express Energy Services drilled a 26 diameter hole to 120'.  Express installed 120' of 20 OD at 94lb/foot casing.  No water was encountered during drilling. Express Energy Services was the cementing contractor.  The cement was mudscaled at 15.6 pounds per gallon (ppg).  Express pumped 48.34 bbls of cement slurry at 15.6 ppg.  The cement was displaced with 39.07 bbls of water.  Cement returns to surface were observed.  An estimated 2 bbls of cement returned to surface.  Displacement was completed at 8:43pm.

| I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection.  The pad is equipped with nine producing wells.  The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly.  The surface--lined and sealed secondary containment.  There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters.  There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water.  Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks.  Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment.  The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence and the man doors were locked.  Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable.  Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning.  A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure.  Preliminary restoration can be passed.

Express Energy Services was the cementing contractor.  The cement was mudscaled at 15.6 pounds per gallon (ppg).  Express pumped 48.34 bbls of cement slurry at 15.6 ppg.  The cement was displaced with 39.07 bbls of water.  Cement returns to surface were observed.  An estimated 2 bbls of cement returned to surface.  Displacement was completed at 8:43pm.
