 +
| I inspected this former well location as part of evaluation for final restoration. Reports indicate the well was plugged and abandoned  on 12/19/2012. A report of the plugging and abandonment has been filed. The location of the former well was observed to be a agricultural field with no remaining signs or vestiges of the former well remaining. The area was level, ploughed, and planted with row crops. The access road to the well was being used for ingress and egress to the fields. The tank battery system remained in place and in use by the Clay #1 and #2 wells. No further activity needed. Final Restoration passed.

 +
| I conducted a final restoration inspection on this site.  The wellhead and tank battery equipment have been removed. The wellsite has been restored and is currently being used as a crop field. The lease access was shared with existing wells 2-2535 and 2-2080. There is a plug report on file in the state database that shows the well had been plugged on 12-19-2012. Final restoration passed.
