| Arvilla was on site to cut off the surface casing and place the ID plate on top. There was a small natural gas leak between the 4-1/2 and the 8-5/8 which will be monitored. The gas probably originates from the Ohio shale. Communication with the Cargill salt cavern has been controlled. The outstanding violation has been corrected.

| I received a call from Richard Jones (330-697-3818) reporting an active brine spill behind the Firestone Polymer complex at 381 Wilbeth Road. The leak occurred in the 4-1/2 casing just above the 8-5/8 casing head. Plant employees noticed the leak earlier this morning. J&M Water Service and Kenmore Construction were on site to recover brine and dig a containment pit respectively. An Arvilla service rig should be on site Friday or Saturday. Plugging operations will commence as soon as the 2-3/8 tubing is removed. Brine continues to flow to surface and there appears to be communication with an abandoned Cargill salt solution mine cavern.

| The containment pit and the well have been closed and graded. Several trees have lost leaves and will checked later in the year to see if they refoliate.
