Talked to Mr. Macialik on phone on 5/23/2011. He moved there in 1965 and was told the well was plugged back to 250'.  He has no problem with the well and says no one has ever looked at it.

There is a top joint of 7” coming up above grade, capped with a 2” pipe nipple welded in the cap, reduced down to a ½” bull plug. There was no gas detected outside the 7”. This well is likely plugged and there was no obvious immediate concern.
