| Inspected the unloading pad, containment dike, tank, injection line, injection pressure and annulus pressure. The access road had a contaminated area 8' by 8' located approximately 6' from the front edge of the unloading pad. A thin coating of oil was floating on the ice and snow that was melting on the access road. I called Bob Masters about the contamination and the remediation. The oil must be absorbed and removed. All contaminated material must be taken to an EPA approved land fill. Bob told me that they will send a crew out today to clean it up. Reviewed the brine hauling records and the last trucks at the site were Hocking Hills Energy on 3-1-15 (three loads).

The access road had a contaminated area 8' by 8' located approximately 6' from the front edge of the unloading pad. A thin coating of oil was floating on the ice and snow that was melting on the access road. I called Bob Masters about the contamination and the remediation. The oil must be absorbed and removed. All contaminated material must be taken to an EPA approved land fill. Bob told me that they will send a crew out today to clean it up. Reviewed the brine hauling records and the last trucks at the site were Hocking Hills Energy on 3-1-15 (three loads).
