| An inspection was conducted with Mr. Jeff Fry, West Region Oil & Gas Supervisor and UIC Field Supervisor.  During the inspection, it was noted that corrosion exists around the outside of casing.  Low Range Quantabs revealed no chlorides in fluid found dripping from the tubing.  When the gauge was removed from the annulus, the fluid released resembled corrosion inhibitor.  The pressure(s) for injection and annulus were close in value and noted as 250/240.

| An inspection was conducted with Mr. Jeff Fry, West Region Oil & Gas Supervisor and UIC Field Supervisor.  During the inspection, it was noted that corrosion exists around the outside of casing.  Low Range Quantabs revealed no chlorides in fluid found dripping from the tubing.  When the gauge was removed from the annulus, the fluid released resembled corrosion inhibitor.  The pressure(s) for injection and annulus were close in value and noted as 250/240.
