| The well has a well head on it that is open.  The well has been stripped of rods and tubing.  Upon approach to the well odors of gas were noticed.  A concrete block was sitting on the casing.  Upon lifting the block a very strong odor of oil and gas was emitted from the well.  There is steel flow line present and an electric pole with a disconnect and timer on it near the well.  Wires from the meter and main disconnect are down and tangled in trees.  There is no power from the main disconnect.  The meter has been removed.  Bond was forefeited on this well and it was referred to the orphan program.  There are 2-100 Bbl tanks at the lane entry and a 50 Bbl tank near permit 2-1983.  An old pit is near the well.
