| Historic Berea Production. Start orphan well file as result of landowner complaint. On site with Allie Sherwood. Well has open 8 steel casing and 1 steel tubing on the inside of the 8 casing. Fluid level appears to be down about 30 inside the 8 casing. One inch tubing extends south from the inside of the 8 casing approximately 3  and into the ground where it is bubbling gas. The 1 tubing enters the ground surface and is unknown as to the length of or what it could be connected to. There is a 10 by 10 circular area that is soaked with leaking crude oil around the well head,(not fresh oil). Oil may have come from where bubbling. It is unknown if the oil came from the 1 tubing or around the 8 casing. This oil stained area originates at the well head and location of the 1 tubing bubbling and travels down grade north west approximately 100 feet. This area is stained with old crude oil and when it rains has tracked to a small intermittent stream. Oil is not fresh and not visible in the stream.  I took 5 photos.
