| Inspected production well on 02/13/2017.  The well is equipped with a flanged wellhead with 1-master valve, and a swedge.  The area around the well is overgrown, no well identification is posted, nor is there a registered owner for the well in RBDMS.  Given its proximity (and name), it is likely part of the Finley lease, operated by East Messner, LLC.  This issue was discussed with Uriah, with East Messner, LLC, who stated that he was unaware of a fifth well on the lease, but would like to look at the well.  He agreed to make contact after tank battery and wellhead identification has been posted on the four well on the Finley lease, and a time will be scheduled to meet and show him the well.  No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
