| On the day of my inspection I witnessed Producers Service Corp frac crew onsite. During my inspection they are performing an iron inspection and changing valves on the wells. No pumping is occurring. Frac is ongoing between the 1H, 3H, and 5H wells, when pumping. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure was 0 psi. There are ten 350 barrel prodcued water tanks onsite in their own containment. Stage 34/94 is not perforated. | | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Producers Service Corp frac crew onsite. 0125635426 | 2019-02-12 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed Patterson Rig 580 was tripping into the well with drill pipe. An 8.750 inch diameter hole was drilled to the depth of 7857 feet. The kick off point is at the depth of 8200 feet. An 8.5 inch diameter hole will be drilled from 7857 feet to total depth of 23177 feet. The 9.625 inch diameter casing was set at the depth of 2004 feet. |
0464284140 | 2019-04-24 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my insection I witnessed Producers frac crew on location tied into the 1H, 3H, and 5H wells. Stage 23/94 is awaiting frac. Stage 23 plug is at 19693 feet, with bottom perforation at 19677 feet and top perforation at 19556 feet. Stage design is to pump 3000 gallons of 7.5% HCL acid, 330000 lbs of sand, and approximately 10000 barrels of fluid. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 120 psi. Company men on location are Terry Hickman and Brad Wrenicki. |
0783806099 | 2019-02-03 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection, I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 580 rig drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 576 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 115 feet. The rig ran 544 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot. Shoe track is 45 feet long. Haliburton was onsite with 1160 sacks of class H cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 16.9 ppg and yield of 1.071. 50 % excess of cement was ran in the open hole area. The cement was displaced with 153 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel was pumped ahead of the cement. 40 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 15.5 ppg, and floats held with 2 barrels of fresh water returned back into truck. Mix water has a pH of 7 and a temperature of 58 degrees Fahrenheit. |

1303937936 | 2019-02-04 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Patterson 580 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 692 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 542 feet. Wyoming casing ran 674 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot, with 2 foot stick up. Shoe track is 44 feet long. Inflatable packer at 567 and DV tool at 564. Mine void encountered from 619-631 feet. Two flares were burning during the first stage of the job and were approximately 25 feet in length. Halliburton was onsite with 710 sacks of class H cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 16.6 ppg and yield of 1.126. 50% excess ran over entire job. 30 barrels of gel and 10 barrels of fresh water pumped ahead of cement. First 135 sacks of cement displaced with 97 barrels of water. Plug landed and floats held. Rig pressured up on Weatherford packer and inflated it, killing annular gas flow. DV tool was opened and a bottoms up circulated with 80 barrels of water. No lead cement returned. . Final 575 sacks of cement displaced with 87 barrels of fresh water. 15 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 16.1 ppg. Rig KB is 20 feet. All depths are based off of KB. |
1375671178 | 2019-05-23 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Inspector Jeff Adams. We witnessed a Producers Service Corp. frac crew onsite tied into the 1H, 3H, and 5H wells. Stage 69/95 plug set at 12668 feet, with bottom perforation at 12658 feet and top perforation at 12538 feet. This stage is next to frac on pad. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is zero and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 148 psi. Ten 350 barrel steel produced water tanks are onsite, inside their own containment. All tanks show they contain 50 barrels of fluid. |
1402325658 | 2019-04-15 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Producers Service Company on location tied into the 1h, 3h, and 5h wells. Producers is just beginning to pump stage 8/94 on this well. This stage is designed for approximately 330000 lbs of sand and 10000 barrels of fluid. Stage was not witnessed. Plug was set at 21952, with bottom perforations at 21941 and top perforations at 21821. 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is zero psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 90 psi. |
