2819625 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-06 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived onsite at 1435 to conduct a routine complete inspection of the pad.
Upon my arrival onsite, I checked in with company man Randy Spears (Chesapeake). Patterson Rig 284 was rigging up in preparation for the commencement of drilling. Mr. Spears stated that spudding was slated to begin the next day. The rig had just arrived and the site was being set up for drilling. Containment was still being laid down. The one existing well onsite was shut in and caged. Several deficiencies were observed (see remarks and photos) but no violations were noted. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. |
