2562104 Primary Facility 2017-02-08 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted I arrived at the site at 13:30. Nomac drilling Rig #80 is on the location currently drilling the DPH NW 1H at a depth of (545) feet. I met with Jackie Holick, Site Company Man and David Newman, Drilling Superintendent, both consultants of CHK. Mr. Holick and Mr. Newman stated the following in reference to site activities and operations. "Drilling of the DPH NW 1H started here last night around midnight. This is the 1st well to be drilled on this pad. The DPH NW 2H and DPH NW 3H will also be drilled. The containment used for drilling operations consists of Rig Mats, 130 mil New Pig liner under the mats, Foam Berms and Railroad ties for berms. The layout is somewhat similar to Nomac Drilling Rig #74 which is currently located on the nearby CHK Dewolf Pad, but there are some differences. There are (3) centrifuges on this rig, but (2) centrifuge stands with (2) centrifuges in (1) stand. The choke and flowline skid is different here and there is a different air package compared to Nomac 74. The solids go
