Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2005343 Primary Facility 2011-09-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Cond. set. Fracing 2 other wells on site, so did not inspect.
2038008 Primary Facility 2012-01-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2203773 Primary Facility 2013-09-05 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Precision 528, Comp man - Jacob Oettel, @ 2020'
2205880 Primary Facility 2013-09-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Mr. Oettel and I also reviewed the solids control and drill cuttings processing. The solids control process invloves the use of rig shakers and centrifuges in order to separate solids and liquids in the drill cuttings with mud. The drill cuttings are deposited into into open top containers and eventually mixed with for additional drying in preparation for landfill disposal. The fluid in the cuttings drops into a through under the shakers and is pumped to centrifuges to pull out more solids. During water based mud drilling a polymer is injected to let the solids come together; basically used for flocculation purposes. The polymer is added to a poly tank and is eventually pumped through a centrifuge as the centrifuge is seperating solids and liquids in the drill cuttings. The fluid from the seperation process goes to the drilling pit also known as the active return system. A request for approval of Alternative Waste Management Practice (OG-71) needs to be submitted to the Department for this process.
2335709 Primary Facility 2015-01-14 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2344371 Primary Facility 2015-02-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted H&P Rig #284 is the active drilling rig on the location. I met with Jacob Oettel, company man, of Warren E&P. Mr. Oettel stated that drilling procedures for the Mirabelli Unit 3H well have been just recently completed. The well has been drilled to total depth, which is around (12,800) feet. The Mirabelli 3H and the Mirabelli Keystone 1H wells have been drilled to a depth of (2,032) feet. The surface and intermediate casing has been cemented on each of these wells. It is not clear as to when Warren will return to the location to drill the wells to total depth.
