Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1751409 Primary Facility 2008-11-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The operator should insure that any below grade pits are constructed so that the bottom of the pit is at least 20 inches above the seasonal high groundwater table. If the pit cannot be constructed with the bottom more than 20 inches above the seasonal high groundwater table, then the pit should be constructed above grade. The operator should insure that the land farming of the drill cuttings onsite occurs at least 100 feet from the unamed tributary to Jacobs Creek. The E&S plan as compiled should minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation, provided the plan is implemented and maintained properly.
2377115 Primary Facility 2015-06-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well was drilled and equipped for production. The well apparatus and brine tank appeared to be in sound condition. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation the well site or access road.
