The site has adequate vegetation on the fill slope to reduce erosion and sedimentation. As per our conversation with Alex Molnar on-site the pit is to be filled to reduce safety hazard and the well pad should be seeded and mulched. Installation of a gate was discussed to attempt keeping out atv's. No erosion and sedimenation noted on the well site or access road.
