The site is located in East Finley Twp., Washington County. The inspection was a routine inspection after drilling has been completed and prior to the start of completion operations.

The Act 9 sign was in place and legible.

The well pad and access road are in good condition.

The operator has installed Production fluid storage tanks and GPUs on site in preparation for production of the five wells drilled on site. The Production fluid tanks are in secondary containment on the well pad, but GPUs are not. The operator will need to place the GPUs in secondary containment to be in compliance with Chapter 78a.64a.

2647924 Primary Facility 2017-10-03 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On October 2, 2017, the Department performed an inspection of the Harris well pad site. The site is located in East Finley Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was related to request by the operator for a restoration extension for the site and a reported release of flow back water to the well pad.

The operator reported an approx. 10 gallon flow back water release to the well pad on 8/28/17. The operator has excavated and disposed of the impacted stone on the well pad related to the release.

The well pad and access road are in good condition. The operator is in the process of completing flow back operations on the site moving towards restoration of the site. The secondary containment on the well pad is in good condition. The operator will need to place the GPUs on site into secondary containment.

The well pad and site are vegetated and in good condition. Given the condition of the site and current operations on the site the restoration extension requested is approved by the Department. The site resto

2821910 Primary Facility 2019-01-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 3, 2019, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources Harris well pad site. The site is located in East Finley Twp., Washington County. The inspection was a routine inspection of the site after a well site restoration report submittal by the operator.

The Act 9 sign was in place and legible.

The access road and well pad are in good condition.

The site is stable with greater than 70% perennial vegetative cover. The operator has recently restored the site to interim restoration requirements, and has constructed the PCSM structures. The PCSM structures appear to be functional and in good condition. The landowner has recently installed a field drain down gradient of the well pad PCSM discharge location outside the approved LOD. The area of the discharge structure and area outside the LOD are stable with no indication of accelerated erosion.

The Brine/Condensate tanks are in good condition with secondary containment, which is also in good condition.
