On site for a new spud inspection. Met with company man David Dewberry. United Drilling was on site to drill and set the conductor pipe on the 1H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 9H, 10H, 12H and 14H wells. All the conductor pipes were set at 92' and Halliburton was on site and cementing them in. The 4H and 5H were cemented and they were on the 6H when I arrived on site. They plan to cement all the wells today. There was a new sign with the permit numbers put at the entrance, the new permit numbers were correct. There are three existing wells on site, the 2H, 3H and 8H. The permit number for the 2H was correct, the 3H was incorrect and there was no permit number for the 8H. The permit numbers were on the entrance sign and correct during prier inspections. David updated the sign before I left the site. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted |

Met with company man Shane Brown. PD 181 was on site to drill and set the surface and intermediate casings. There are three existing wells on site that are temporarily plugged and there are nine new wells on site to be drilled. They are on the seventh of the nine wells. They were rigged up on the 6H and drilling the hole for the intermediate casing with WBM at a depth of 1042'. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |

Met with company man Marcus Cormier. PD 548 was on site and pulling the drill pipe after completing the lateral section of the well to TD when I arrived on site. The top hole section of the well was drilled and completed to the depth of the intermediate casing by PD 181 on 9/30/18. There are three existing wells on site that are temporarily plugged and 9 new wells to be drilled. The 4H, 5H and 6H were drilled and completed to TD. The 7H, 9H, 10H, 12H and 14H are drilled to the depth of the intermediate casing. The proposed TD for the 1H well is 16967'. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
