Mr. McDowell stated the following. "The surface casing will be run and cemented by Halliburton today. This is the 1st well that the Nabors Rig is drilling. This rig will also drill the 2H, 4H and 10H. The well is now being drilled with water based drilling mud, mostly pure water. The containment for the rig and equipment is wooden rig mats, felt on top of a 30 or 40 mil plastic liner, and felt below the liner.
