2547805 Primary Facility 2016-12-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department conducted an inspection of the COG Zick J Well Site on 12/21/16 to determine if the site is stable as has been indicated in the submitted Well Site Restoration Report. Overall, the site is stable with no violations noted. The site was partially snow covered with temporary BMPs still in place. All 5 wells associated with this site have been drilled and appear to be in production.
2584401 Primary Facility 2017-04-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection conducted on 3/8/17. The site is stable. All well cellars full of water with no bubbling evident. There was about 4" of water in the production tank containment. Conductivity was measured at 12 microsiemens.
