Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2498687 Primary Facility 2016-07-05 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On 7/5/16, the Department conducted an inspection of the Cabot Stalter D Pad 1 in response to Cabot’s submittal of a Notice of Termination form for this site. The Department finds that the site is permanently stabilized, and that the record drawings dated 10/15/2010 match the as-built drawings which reflect conditions on the ground as observed by the Department. 3 wells have been drilled on this pad, the 1H (115-20517) and 2H (115-20496) both appear to be in production, while the 8V (115-20457) is not tied into production. There are 3 other wells associated with this well pad, the 3H (115-20506), the 4H (115-20497, and the 6H (115-20522), none of which have been drilled. I recommend this notice of termination be approved.
