The new violations observed during the inspection are, Section 25 Pa. Code §78.56(a) and section 301 of the PA Solid Waste Management Act, 35 P.S. §6018.301, due to the compromised liner intergrity observed during the excavation of the test pits and the drilling residuals contacting the surface of the ground. |
