1883323 Primary Facility 2010-05-10 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Over weekend finished monitoring pressure on well. On Friday 5/7/10, had 0 psi on gauge on 7" x 4 1/2" annulus, and pressured up 4 1/2" casing with 1000 - 1200 psi to see what effect it would have on the annulus. Readingson the 7" x 41/2" annulus from 5/7 through 5/10/10 have shown a consistent increase from 0 psi to 407 psi. According to Cabot it may be due to possible leak in frac valve. At the moment rigging up STONE rig over well and installing BOP's. Wireline on site. 30' of sand will be inserted into the 4" casing above the RBP set at 6000'.

At approximately 15:30, I met Bill Shreve from Cabot at the site, and his crew removed some the of the p-gravel from around the well head and exposed to top of conductor. In doing this, standing water was present around the outside of the conductor. Again, a soapy water mixture was introduced around the casings of the well to observe for bubbling. No bubbling was observed around the well head or outside the conductor in the cellar. DEP collected a video of the conditions of the wellhead at the time of this inspection.
