Vegetative cover on site is greater than 70%. The post-construction stormwater management (PCSM) features required as part of the extension of time for site restoration, approved by the Department of Environmental Protection on February 09, 2016, have been installed. With the exception of the areas proximate to the PCSM features, temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs have been removed. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed.

2808879 Primary Facility 2018-11-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 12:30; the weather was ~30°F, calm, and overcast. Some snow remained around the site but most had melted. Some spots of ice remained on the pad surface.

There was 1 properly tagged Marcellus well staged for production and a total of 6 cellars. There was also 1 GPU, 1 sand separator, and one produced water tank. Areas around the pad appeared to be well vegetated and stable.

No violations noted at the time of this inspection.
