2355226 Primary Facility 2015-03-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2361272 Primary Facility 2015-04-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection sunny sky, ~45° F.
2368970 Primary Facility 2015-05-11 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection sunny sky, ~68° F.
2372343 Primary Facility 2015-05-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2451664 Primary Facility 2016-02-08 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted The Well Site Restoration Reports submitted to the Department for the Roupp Unit 1H (081-21526) and Roupp Unit 2H (081-21515) contain no waste disposal information and are considered incomplete. I recommend evaluating the PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) requirements and re-submitting new Well Site Restoration Reports in the future. No Violations Noted.
2657714 Primary Facility 2017-11-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The well site restoration plans have been implemented and the footprint of the pad surface has been reduced. The infiltration basins have been modified recently to include under-drains. Some water was ponded in the basin noted in photo #1 but this is understandable due to recent rainfall (including during the inspection). Overall, the site is in good condition. The effectiveness of the stormwater management will be monitored over time. No violations noted.
2708310 Primary Facility 2018-03-19 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Notice of Termination/Well Site Restoration Inspection; 3/19/2018.

At the time of the inspection, two wells were in production. The size of the pad surface was reduced down to the specifications depicted in the Post Construction Stormwater Management plans. Infiltration berms/basins are filled with significant amounts of hydrophytic vegetation. An under-drain system was installed after the initial construction with clean rock extending to the surface. The approved amendment depicts an under-drain system with 1.5 feet of cover over the clean rock. I recommend evaluating the PCSM implementation and effectiveness. I recommend both the Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Report be denied. No violations noted.

2749662 Primary Facility 2018-06-28 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Well Site Restoration Report Inspection; 6/28/2018.

I entered the site and met with Lester Lynn (Range). The pad area has been reduced and Post Construction Stormwater Management has been implemented according the approved ESCGP plans. The filtration basins are functioning properly. I recommend the Well Site Restoration Report be approved. I also recommend approving the Notice of Termination for the ESCGP permit. No violations noted.

2781382 Primary Facility 2018-09-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Two wells staged for production phase. Two GPU separators. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
