At the time of the inspection, two wells were in production. The size of the pad surface was reduced down to the specifications depicted in the Post Construction Stormwater Management plans. Infiltration berms/basins are filled with significant amounts of hydrophytic vegetation. An under-drain system was installed after the initial construction with clean rock extending to the surface. The approved amendment depicts an under-drain system with 1.5 feet of cover over the clean rock. I recommend evaluating the PCSM implementation and effectiveness. I recommend both the Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Report be denied. No violations noted. |
