2576637 Primary Facility 2017-03-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection of Range Resources SGL075A West and East pads on March 28, 2017. No one was on site during my inspection. Weather conditions rainy and foggy.

West Pad: Marcellus well 081–21051 is producing. Well cellar filled in with gravel. The well is properly labeled with the operator's contact information and permit number. There is one 400 BBL produced fluids tank located within secondary containment. There is one production unit on site. Marcellus well 081–21052 has been spud. The conductor has been set. The conductor has a metal plate welded on top of it with the ID well permit number. Wells 081–21602 and 081-21603 have not been drilled or spud. The pad remains its original size.

East Pad: Marcellus well 081–21358 and 081–21359 are both producing. Both wells are properly labeled. Well cellars are filled with gravel. There are 2(400) BBL produce fluids tanks located in secondary containment. There are two production units on site. The pad remains its original size.

The emergency response plan,

2680574 Primary Facility 2018-01-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Two wells are in production on the eastern pad. The annuli are plumbed into 1 poly tank. Production tanks are in containment and are in good condition. The production tanks have staining which would indicate they overtopped at some time in the past. No staining was noted in the containment and water in the containment was frozen solid and was covered in snow.

One well was in production on the west pad and an annular vent was plumbed to a poly tank. Foamer and defoamer were covered and on containment.

PCSM was implemented and vegetation was visible through the snow. I recommend monitoring the production tank containment when the weather warms. No violations noted.

2827176 Primary Facility 2019-01-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 14, 2019, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Range Resources SGL 75 West and East pads. Site inspection logs were onsite for review. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The sites are stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. The East pad has been partially scarified.

There are a total of 2 producing wells located on the East well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. The cellars are filled in. There are 2 GPU’s and 2 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. Production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment.

There is 1 producing well located on the West well pad. The well is tagged with API/well permit numbers. The cellar is filled in. There is 1 GPU and 1 steel vertical production fluids tank onsite. Production fluid tank is stationed in secondary containment.

No violations noted.
