I entered the location at 14:00 and began the inspection. At the time of the inspection, the Fuller Eugene Unit 1H (081-20447), Fuller Eugene Unit 2H (081-20535), and Fuller Eugene Unit 3H (081-20549 were all in production. Erosion was noted on the cut slope along the access road at several locations and on both of the sedimentation basins. No erosion was noted off the site. It appears infiltration tests were conducted at several locations. The well site remains at its originally constructed size and has not been restored according to the PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) plan in the ESCGP. The current ESCGP expired on 11/4/2015. The last well permits for this site were issued in 2011. The restoration assessment response from 8/13/2015 indicates the well site was restored but the Department continues to work with the operator to clarify implementation of well site restorations.
