2784463 Primary Facility 2018-10-04 Site Restoration No Violations Noted A restoration inspection was conducted in response to a wellsite restoration report being received by the DEP on July 19, 2018. All post construction Stormwater management BMPs are installed and the site is stabilized per the requirements of chapter 102.22. The wellsite restoration report was accepted. A notice of termination for the erosion and sediment control general permit could be accepted upon submittal, based on current site conditions. There are five wells drilled that appear to be capable of production. According to Department records there are four additional plugged wells located at this site, although no monuments were observed. No violations were noted during this inspection.
