Vegetative cover on site is greater than 70%. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed. The electrical conductance of puddles on the well pad was screened and ranged from 300 - 585 uS/cm.

The Erosion and Sediment Control Permit (ESCGP) for this site expired on 03/27/2016, and the active drilling permit expires on 06/12/2016. According to the Department's records, no request for a 2-year extension to restore the well site has been requested. In order to maintain compliance with Section 3216 of the Oil and Gas Act of 2012 (58 Pa. C.S. § 3216), the site must be restored or a 2-year extension of time must be requested.
