Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2352258 Primary Facility 2015-03-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived @ 12:45. Sunny, warm, thaw on-going. The pad was covered in ice and water at the time of my inspection. There are 2 wells in production on this pad. For the S8H (015-22927), there were three annular vents. Monitoring results were as follows: surface casing: 0% methane, intermediate casing: 0% methane, production casing 4%. For the S9H (015-22929): Monitoring results: surface casing: 0% methane, intermediate casing: 0% methane, production casing 5%. The location was messy – there were some dark spots on the pad and also some litter. There was also a surface water flow issue on the access road. I informed the operator who agreed to investigate. Left location 13:15.
2379044 Primary Facility 2015-06-10 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted 2 Marcellus natural gas wells in production. Pad overdue for restoration
