2788382 Primary Facility 2018-10-03 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Schucker (03-006) Well Pad in Columbia Twp, Bradford County on 10/3/2018 at 1245 hours. The inspection was conducted in response to a Well Site Restoration Report received for API # 015-20567. The weather was 62 degrees, 74% humidity and cloudy.

There are currently 2 actively producing wells onsite. Two production tanks are onsite with no observable corrosion. Two vac trucks were onsite at the time of the inspection. The site is very well vegetated and appears to be stabilized. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed. All PCSM BMPs are in place and appear to be functioning properly.

This Well Site Restoration Report is accepted at this time. Due to stabilization requirements being met, I would also recommend terminating this site's ESCGP.

No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 1320
