The only issue was that the ICT drainage ditches at the bottom of the site slopes were filling up with soil boulders that had rolled down the slope as the pad was being constructed. These runoff ditches should be cleared.

Site ID sign located at beginning of access road. PPC plan on site. Five unconventional gas well drilled and appear to be equipped for production. Five gas production units on site, however only one appeared to be equipped for production. Four brine tanks on site. Brine tanks appear to be in sound condition. Secondary containment surrounding brine tanks appeared to be in sound condition. No sheen observed inside the secondary containment. Temporary erosion and sedimentation BMPs removed. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the well site or access road. Post-drilling well site restoration report approved.
