1464359078 2016-05-27 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found an 8 5/8 X 4 1/2 inch wellhead a 4 1/2 X 2 3/8 inch wellhead with 2 3/8 tubing and rods, operated by a pumping unit with an electric motor. The walking beam has been removed from the pumping unit. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of one 210 bbl. tank, in an earthen dike, a horizontal separators, a recording gauge, are on site. The tanks are properly identified, the production reporting is up to date and there are no violations at this time.
1559586601 2019-06-03 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered by an electric motor. The unit was running at the time of the inspection. The production equipment included a steel 300 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 x .250 inch orifice plate. Domestic gas was being supplied off the separator. The 300 barrel tank had an earthen dike around it. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
