0303814257 2016-12-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a 10 3/4 inch casing, an 8 5/8 X 4 1/2 inch wellhead, a 4 1/2 X 1 1/2 inch wellhead. The well is operated by a plunger lift system. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of one 210 bbl. tank, one 100 bbl. tank, two horizontal separators, all in an earthen dike. The tank battery is shared with well 34-157-2-3774. The production reporting is up to date and the tanks are properly identified, and there are no violations. There was a small gas leak at the wellhead, I contacted Bruce Levengood with Sound Energy to make necessary repairs,
