0698374373 2015-06-23 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a 4 X 2 inch wellhead with tubing and rod operated by a pumping unit. The tanks battery is shared with # 4843, #4843, #1503, #2580 #2617, #2588.There are three 210 bbl tanks, all properly identified. Two 30 bbl brine tanks , and three vertical separators all within an earthen dike. Production reporting is up to date and there are no violations at this time.
2137095976 2019-05-13 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered by an electric motor. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Domestic gas was being supplied off the casing. The production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a Rockwell Emcorrector meter within an earthen dike. The production equipment was being shared with the Dutton 4 ( Permit # 2588 ) and the Dutton 3 ( Permit # 2617 ). The earthen dike area was being shared with another wells production equipment. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
