Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0968935250 2015-03-02 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to inspect an oil spill reported by the Mesopotamia Fire Department from a domestic well. During my inspection, I found approximately one (1) barrel of oil released from a flow line next to the tank battery. I noticed all of the oil had been absorbed by snow. The tank battery consisted of two (2), 100 barrel tanks and a vertical, mechanical separator. There was a dike around the tanks. I spoke with George Chittle, the landowner, on location. Mr. Chittle stated the well was shut-in and all of the oil and snow would be removed immediately. I told Mr. Chittle a follow-up inspection would be conducted by 3/13/2015.
