0710970352 2010-08-17 Production Wells No Violations A second status check inspection requested by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) found no violations at this time. The area around the wellhead and inside of the security fence has been filled with crushed stone and a 2 elbow and nipple were added to the 8-5/8 wellhead. No violations at this time.
0907574813 2017-12-14 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this directional Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead fenced and locked. The well is equipped with 1.5 tubing and operating with the aid of a plunger lift system. A gauge on the flow line indicates a pressure of 110psi and the required ID is posted on the fencing. The well produces to a diked tank battery on location and is shared by the Berlin Reservoir 24-D (PN#3955) and the J. Hawkins #1 (PN#3641). This well and the 24-D produce through a dedicated, horizontal separator and into a 210 barrel tank and a 50 barrel tank. The battery is fenced and locked and the required ID is posted on the fencing. No violations.
1528151554 2010-07-07 Production Wells No Violations Becky Metz with BLM requested this inspection. There are no violations at this time. There are several small areas (less than one square foot each) inside of the tank battery dike where old oil/parafin have stained the stone pad. These areas are under drain valves and near the small valves used to determine the oil/water transition during brine transfer. The stained areas are the result of normal operations.
