During my inspection the well had not been drilled and the permit had expired. The pad surface had thick vegetation. The area affected by the pad construction had been restored with no erosion issues and thick vegetation was in place. A lease road still remains with a gravel surface and a steel gate at entry. In order to meet final restoration requirements; lease road and entry gate shall be removed unless a landowner wavier is obtained. |
