0147769069 2014-06-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am accompanied by Brandon Trigg. Our inspection today finds the drilling rig, Nomac 245, is drilling a 12.25 hole at a depth of 6167. The anticipated total depth is 6900. UIC hauler 25-413 was notified that their trucks were lacking the word brine.
0398236448 2015-05-15 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The well site meets the preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072(A).
0447364877 2014-06-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the Nomac rig 245 is onsite and rigging up to drill the remaining sections of the well. Proper sediment and erosion controls are in place. Containment has been laid under the rig.
0794585703 2014-08-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am onsite to witness a portion of stage two of the hydraulic fracturing operations. While monitoring the job I witnessed an average pump pressure of 8780 psi at 73 barrels per minute with three pounds of sand. The bottom most shot was at 17,423 and the upper most shot was at 17,235.
1044613819 2015-05-15 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The well site meets the preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072(A).
1400426245 2014-05-18 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection finds the drilling contractor, Butchs, drilled 106 of 36 hole, then ran 105 of 30 casing. Universal cemented the casing in place with 365 sks of type 1 cement. I tested the mix water with a low range Quantab at 72 ppm chlorides. I witnessed 20 bbl of cement returns to surface.
1400953234 2014-05-24 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On arrival on location I found Alpha Hunter Rig #9 preparing to run 18 5/8 inch casing. Halliburton Energy Services will be cementing. Encounter tight hole conditions. Had to circulate casing to reach bottom. Started gel spacer at 6:50 pm. Establish circulation and had 20 bbls of cement returns to surface.
147769069 2014-6-10 0:00: DD No Violations 2.50
1721477054 2014-06-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the Drilling rig, Nomac 245, took a kick Thursday of last week, they were able to control it. The rig lost 94 bbl of 11.1 pound oil based drilling mud. They have not lost any fluid since running lost circulation material. The current depth of the well is 13560.
1848058974 2014-06-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Nomac rig 245 is running 9.625 casing. The planned landing depth for the casing is 7155. I witnessed the installation of centralizers as they are listed on the casing tally.
1921785739 2017-08-21 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present on the tubing, casing, and the annulus. The production equipment consisted of six 400 barrel tanks, triethylene glycol dehydration unit, three sand traps, three gas production units, and one gas combustor. Acadian Contractors were on location working on production equipment. Deep Well Services and ST&E were loading produced fluids from tank battery.
1933667578 2017-01-18 Production Wells No Violations During my inspection the well is equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The well is shut in at this time and a steel cage is positioned over the wellhead. The production equipment for this well consists of six 400 barrel tanks within containment, one gas processing unit, one horizontal heater treater, one triethylene glycol dehydration unit, and fire tube reboiler. Eclipse plans on drilling two more conductors on this pad, the 6H and the 8H, the cellars are already in place.
2142326091 2015-06-29 Production Wells No Violations Engineer Tech Andy Thomas and I met Mike Hartshorn on location. Whipstock Services is repairing several areas along the out slopes that are holding water. Drains are being installed in those locations to limit the potential for slips.
