0259644295 2015-10-27 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is equipped for production. The well consists of 13.375 conductor, 8.625 surface casing, 4.5 production casing and 1.5production tubing with a plunger lift system. The well is currently shut in, but is capable of production. The tank battery consists of a 100 bbl production tank, mechanical separator, drip, meter run, and containment dike. Legible and correct ID is posted at the well and on the production tank. A defined lease road was not found, but the well is easily accessible from the road. All pipelines associated with the well are buried. The status of the well in RBDMS is PR. No violations were observed.
0267419690 2018-01-30 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one drip, and one separator. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank. Production records were current.

1408938409 2019-02-28 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank enclosed within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 20-inch diameter conductor, 16-inch diameter deep conductor, 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, and 1.5 inch diameter tubing utilizing a plunger lift system as means of production. At the time of my inspection all valves were closed, and it appeared that the well was idle. Identification was present and production was reported for 2017.
1834268892 2016-06-15 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 1.5 tubing and a plunger lift system. The tank battery is comprised of one 100 barrel tank. The additional production equipment that was listed in the previous inspection, has been removed from the site.
