There was no other production equipment on site. The well is incapable of producing. Slight smell of gas at wellhead. The last production reported was in 2004 and the last time production was filed was in 2009. I will contact North Coast Energy and inform them that they must either produce or plug the well. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of bond.

1374160743 2013-07-18 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I arrived on location as Appalachian Well Services was pumping the 45 bbls of gel ahead of the bottom plug. The plugging contractor was Multi Well Services from PA. The bottom of the tubing was at 4466 and the top of the cement plug was at 3926. They pumped 37 sacks of 50/50 POZ with 2% gel. There was good circulation and some oil. Larry Murray stated they will come back tomorrow to spot the top of plug and then begin to rip pipe.

1374531491 2013-07-22 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Multi Well Services and Appalachian Well Services were on location. At 930AM Titan Wireline Services arrived from PA and shot off the casing at 2440. They cleaned out the hole and set the rip plug using 79 sacks from 2140-2440 followed by the Berea plug using 57 sacks from 1377-1600. One of the water trucks was sent back to Zanesville for more water. They did not get circulation during the Berea plug so they pumped another 50bbls of water with no results. Larry found out that the water truck he was waiting on had gone off to another job thus delaying the completion of this plug job. He had sent second truck back for more water and due to the continuous rain and mud, had trouble getting the truck back up the hill. The surface casing plug was set from 1011-1211 using 54 sacks and there was circulation (oil). A brush and stone plug was set followed by a 215 surface plug using 80 sacks. The surface plug did not have circulation and they had run out of cement. Operator will come back tomorrow and tag the top of cement and quickcrete the rest of the hole when they send in the restoration crew. 7/23/2013: Cement was tagged at ~550. They will let ground dry out and be back Thursday to smooth out access road in order to provide safe access to the location. They will then bring in a cement truck and grout the remainder of the hole.
1468497093 2013-02-25 Administrative Inspection No Violations I received a phone call from Larry Murrey, the completions and plugging manager, and discussed the status of the Greenhill Unit #1. I provided him with the well images and information, the plugging rules and laws, and links to the permit applications. He is going to visit the wellsite and send in a permit to plug application. Once they have a rig available they intend to plug the well, but he wasnt sure at this time whether or not it would be this year. He is going to call me once he determines EXCOs plans.
