2127383260 2019-05-09 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole had drilled a 30-inch diameter hole to the depth of 120 feet. Lightning Energy ran 122 feet of 24-inch diameter 94 pound per foot Conductor Pipe, with 2 foot of stick up. Petroset Cementing was on location rigged up their cement lines pumped 5 barrels of fresh water and established circulation with 62 barrels, 295 sacks of class A cement with 2% Calcium Chloride and .25 pound per sack of poly flake with a weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.21 cubic foot per sack. Cement was displaced to 108 feet with 57 barrels of fresh water, there were no cement returns to surface. Cement level was determined to be approximately 60 feet from surface. Hanson Cementing was called and delivered 10 yards of 9 sack grout. Cement was brought to surface with 8 yards of cement and the additional 2 yards were used to fill the cellar floor.
