1533302192 2018-08-03 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the 24 inch diameter conductor cement job with Stingray Cementing and Precision Rathole. Precision used a conductor rig to drill a 30 inch diameter borehole to a depth of 120 feet from ground level, and inserted 120 feet of 24 inch diameter weld-connection casing. A pre-job safety meeting was held. Then, Stingray cemented the conductor with 290 sacks, 62.5 barrels total volume, of Class A cement, with a 1.21 yield, a weight of 15.6 pound per gallon. It was displaced with 57 barrels of fresh water. 14 barrels of good cement returns were witnessed at surface
1538741432 2018-10-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 608 on location along with Schlumberger cement service. The rig has air drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 1,520 with the depth being measured from a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 26.8 above ground level. The rig then inserted 1,468 of J-55 grade Buttress Thread casing with a casing guide shoe and float collar ran and centralizers ran on every 3rd casing joint. The casing was cemented by Schlumberger using a 267 barrel class A cement mix consisting of 1,270 sacks of class A cement. The cement weight was verified by weight of scale at 15.6 pound per gallon. The cement was displaced with 224 barrels of fluid to the float collar with the casing being pressure tested to1,291 pounds pressure upon the landing of the plug.
1539703049 2018-10-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection on the current well drilling process found H&P Drilling rig 608 on location and currently drilling the 8.5 diameter horizontal production well bore at a measured depth of 13,545 using 14.1 pound per gallon diesel fuel based drilling mud with managed pressure drilling in place with the choke open and a 14.3 pound per gallon circulating equivalent. The proposed total depth is 25,235 and the 9.625 intermediate casing was set at 9,098. The rig and support equipment is situated on polymer containment with the well pad perimeter earthen berm serving as the primary containment with all drain valves closed during drilling operations.
1540482660 2018-10-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection on the current well drilling process found H&P Drilling rig 608 on location along with Wyoming Casing Service. The rig has drilled an 8.5 diameter surface bore hole to a measured depth of 26,134. The drill sting has been pulled out of the hole and broken down and is being sent to the next location. The rig is running the 26,084 of 23 pound per foot P-110 grade casing. The casing equipment includes a guide shoe and float collar along with 3 smart sleeve and 85 casing centralizers. The well bore is static with 13.3 pound per gallon dies fuel base drilling mud in the hole. The rig and support equipment is situated on polymer containment with the well pad earthen berm serving as the primary containment with the drain valves in the closed position during drilling operations. There is one live well in operation on the pad. This is the last well on the pad to be drilled at this time and the rig is moving off location.
1548668737 2019-01-28 Completion Testing No Violations On site inspection found the drilling and completion process now complete and a workover tubing snubbing unit on location owned by Deep Well Services. The Unit is currently running in the hole drilling out the completion plugs at 17,000. The well bore is being circulated by a pressure fluid pump owned by Wetherford, the circulation fluid being used is 10 pound per gallon brine and the circulation pressure is 6,800 pounds pressure. The well bore working pressure at shut in is 3,600 pounds pressure. No production tubing is scheduled to be initially set in the well bore. There are (7) steel 500 barrel tanks being used for the drill out and one sand X container for the sand produced during the drill out. The company is monitoring annular pressures daily with the A section well head pressure reported at 150 pounds and the B section at zero pounds pressure. The total drilled measured depth of this well is 25,949. 3 wells were drilled in the last drilling phase, the wells were the 2-4 & 6H wells with one pre existing well on the pad.
