0775452360 2018-08-29 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection on the well completion process found Halliburton pressure pumping service along with Nine Energy wireline service. The 5.5 production casing was set to a measured depth of 22,825. The well will be stimulated in 57 stages total. Halliburton recently completed stage 10. The average treating pressure was 11,089 pounds per square inch (psi), the initial shut in pressure was 7,200 psi. The total fluid volume used was 9,800 barrels. The well head master valves and flow cross is rented from FMC. The B section annular pressure is being monitored electronically with a negative -14 psi showing on the electronic transducer between the 5.5and 9.625 diameter casing strings. A manual gauge is on the A section and is being recorded daily. 3 wells are present on the pad and all the stimulation support equipment is situated on polymer containment.
0859094851 2018-05-24 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day, I am onsite to witness the 18.625-inch diameter surface casing cement job with Schlumberger. The H&P FlexRig 608 rig drilled a 22-inch diameter borehole to a depth of 350 feet from a KB of 27 feet. Then, Wyoming Casing inserted 350 feet of 18.625-inch diameter J-55 87.5 lb./ft. casing into the wellbore. 318 barrels of water were pumped to wash down the last joint of casing, and circulation was established. The final 23 feet were unable to be washed down, and it was decided to cement from the new set depth of 327 feet, as confirmed by Eclipse Company Man, Matt Hayes. Schlumberger initially pumped 20 barrels of gel spacer, followed by 5 barrels of fresh water. They cemented the casing with 30 barrels Class A cement weighing 13.0 pounds per gallon, to ensure cement to surface (as decided by Eclipse Cementing Consultant - Lex Cook), and 36.5 barrels of Class A cement weighing 15.6 pounds per gallon with a 1.18 yield, 3and verified by scale. It was displaced with 96.5 barrels of fresh water. The plug landed with 180 psi and then pressured up to 700 psi. 14.5 barrels of cement returns were brought to surface.
1495356077 2018-05-03 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the witness the conductor casing cement job. Precision Rat hole is on location along with Stingray Cement Service. The Auger type rig spudded the well on 05/02/2018 and drilled a 30 diameter conductor well bore to a measured depth of 120 and inserted 120 of 24 diameter 94 pound per foot weld connection casing into the well bore. Stingray Cement Service cemented the casing using a 62.5 barrel absolute volume cement mix consisting of 290 sacks of class A cement with the cement weight verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale, the cement yield was 1.21. The cement additives was 2% Calcium and .25 pound per sack celluseal. The cement was displaced to 110 with 57.7 barrels of fresh water. Cement returns were witnessed to surface inside the tin horn cellar. 3 conductors were set and cemented today. The job was called out for 14:00 but did not start until 18:30. The company has also started to lay containment and move the drilling rig in while conductor operations are in progress.
1528211030 2018-06-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection found H7P Drilling rig 608 on location and rigged up on the well. The rig has drilled a 12.250 diameter 2nd intermediate well bore to a measured depth of 9,960 with the total depth measured off a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 27 above ground level elevation. Upon reaching total depth the well bore was conditioned and loaded with 12.1 pound per gallon oil based drilling mud before pulling the drill string and starting in the hole with the 9.625 diameter 40 pound per foot P-110 grade casing with a casing float shoe and collar ran. The rig was landing out the last casing joint at the time of my inspection and Schlumberger was standing by to cement the casing. The casing cement design was a top of lead cement at 1,500, also noted was the well bore design is a 4 string design with a 13.375 diameter 1st intermediate set at 2,963. The rig will continue drilling the production borehole curve and lateral.
1528829098 2018-06-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check on the well drilling progress found H&P Drilling rig 537 on location and rigged up on the well bore. The rig has drilled the 8.5 diameter well bore to a measured depth of 22,825. The well bore is static with 13 pound diesel fuel based drilling mud in the hole. The rig is currently pulling the drill string at a measured depth of 20,299. The 9.625 intermediate casing string was set at 9,912 and the top of the Reedsville formation was at 9,820. The horizontal curve kick off point was at 10,092. The rig and support equipment is placed on polymer containment.
1827237878 2018-11-13 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary restoration status check inspection found the well pad surface and lease road is of stone construction and in good repair. There is vegetation established on all outward facing slopes of the well pad and erosion control in place. The well pad perimeter drains are in the closed position. There is disturbance on the outward slopes where the 3rd stream party pipe line has been installed and will need more vegetation growth before the restoration can be considered complete. The perimeter berm on the South West corner of the well pad has been removed and not sufficiently restored to proper heigth. The location was in close proximity to the tank battery and found at 39.65569 x 80.90328. Bruce Carpenter with Eclipse was notified at 11:45 am and asked to address the issue with the berm. There are 3 wells on the pad in production. The said well has a manual master valve installed on the B section of the well head. The 5.5 production casing internal working pressure as indicated on the well head gauge is 7,079 pounds per square inch (psi) there are (2) production flow lines attached and associated with this well at the well head with 2,200 psi on the production flow lines down stream from the well head pressure reduction choke system. Attached to well head A&B sections are riser pipes with valves and gauges present to monitor annular pressure, the riser pipes are equipped with gauges. The A section gauge shows 200 psi, this is the area which is between the 9.625 and 13.375 diameter casing strings. The B section gauge shows 100 pounds pressure, this is the section between the 9.625 and 5.5 diameter casing strings. The tank battery consists of (4) steel construction 400 barrel capacity tanks that are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. There is a low pressure vapor recovery system present associated with the production equipment. There is multiple line and glycol heaters present on location.
1937813879 2019-01-28 Production Wells No Violations On site inspection found (3) wells on the pad that are in production. The said well is producing off the 5.5 diameter production casing through a primary master valve and into (2) sales lines, there is also a single line heater for each flow line. Down stream from the line heaters is (2) gas processing units. Annular pressure monitoring is in place with 450 pounds pressure on the B well head section and 200 pressure noted on both the A section. The tank battery is at the right rear corner of the well pad and consists of (4) steel tanks capable of holding 400 barrels fluid each, the tanks are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. Identification is posted at the well heads. The lease road and well pad surface are stone construction and in good repair. Also noted was the company was stacking out drill pipe on the location and a 3rd party contractor identified as Fairmont Tool was on site certifying the pipe. The pipe was being trucked in by Grant Smith Trucking and being unloaded by Fairmont Tool Employees within 10 of the (3) live well heads. The truck was being parked parallel to the wells. I notified the Fairmont Tool Employees along with Eclipse Personnel and asked them to move back a safe distance from the well heads while unloading pipe.
