1538474592 2018-10-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection at 5:00 am to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 531 on location along with Schlumberger Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 1,670 with the depth measured from a 30 drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth above ground level elevation. The borehole was air drilled with a hammer bit. Upon reaching total drilling depth the rig pulled the drill string and inserted 1,620 of 13.375 J-55 grade buttress thread casing with a split weight string ran. The bottom 11 13.375 diameter joints were 61 pound per foot and the remainder were 54.5 pound per foot. A casing float shoe and collar were ran with casing centralizers on every 3rd casing collar. Schlumberger cemented the casing using a 280 barrel cement slurry consisting of 1,330 sacks of 15.6 pound per gallon class A cement mix with the cement weight verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale. The cement was displaced with 247 barrels of fresh water and the casing was pressure tested to 1200 pounds pressure upon landing the plug.
1539698484 2018-10-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection on the well drilling process found H&P Drilling rig 531 on location and currently drilling the 8.750 diameter horizontal production well bore at a measured depth of 26,142 drilling at a rate of 148 feet per hour maintaining well control with 13.3 pound per gallon mud weight with a slight flair. The proposed total depth is 29,880 and the true vertical depth is 10,079. The 9.625 diameter intermediate casing string was set at 9,215. The rig and support equipment is situated on polymer containment with the well pad perimeter earthen berm serving as the primary containment boundary.
1540473262 2018-10-25 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to check on the production casing long string cement job. H&P Drilling has drilled a 8.750 diameter borehole to a measured depth of 29.864. The rig pulled the drill sting and inserted 29,844 of 23 pound per foot P-110 casing with an average casing length of 44. Casing equipment ran included 3 smart start sleeves along with a float collar and casing shoe. Schlumber Cement service cemented the casing with a 85 barrel 15.3 pound per gallon gel and barite spacer ran ahead followed by a 5,864 sack cement mix consisting of 5,864 sacks of class A cement with a 15.6 pound per gallon mix and 1.19 yield. The cement was displaced with 632 barrels of fluid with the last 300 barrels being 9.3 pound per gallon brine. Fluid returns were taken over the shakers in the back yard. Top of cement by design was 2,500.
2072932457 2019-02-27 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection found Stingray Pressure pumping Service on location and stimulating 3 of the 5 wells on the pad. The said well has had 97 out of 97 stages completed. Nine Energy wireline is providing the perforating services. The well head completion stack is a FMC. The well head A&B sections have annular pressure monitoring in place and flow lines attached o the B section that are tied into a separate choke manifold. The flow lines are equipped with a 1,500 psi pop off with (2) in line shut off valves between the well head and pop off. Only the well being stimulated has the B section valves open to the check manifold during stimulation of that well. All stimulation equipment is situated on polymer containment and the well pad is equipped with a perimeter earthen berm with the perimeter berm drain valves being in the closed position.
