1932821782 2017-11-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day, I accompanied ODNR Inspector Brian Sefcik. Please refer to his comments for a detailed report. Precision Rathole was on location and Stingray Well Solutions was pumping cement. The rig drilled a 30 inch diameter borehole and inserted 24 inch diameter weld connection casing. Stringrays pump truck encountered issues while pumping the displacement fluid and had to switch to another truck. The second truck finished pumping and witnessed cement returns to surface.
