1340387872 2015-04-06 Plug / Plug Back No Violations 04/06/2015 Chipco LLC is on the hole and has ran 4,660 of 1.5 tubing and set a 600 bottom plug. In attempt to rip the 4.5 casing no telegraph was gained up to 1,500 in depth, the decision was the made to set a plug internally in the 4.5 from 2,350 to 2,084 as a precautionary measure due to no well history to isolate the Berea, we feel the red rock has collapsed in on the casing and a bond log - free point shall be ran on 04/-07/15.
1428444455 2015-04-07 Plug / Plug Back No Violations 04/07/15 -Timco Inc Wireline service was on location to Bond Log and shoot the casing off @ 1,510 and pulled tight and would not circulate until casing was pulled up to 1,010 before circulation could be gained. A 250 plug was then set from 1,010 to 760. 11 joints were then pulled up to 638 and another 250 plug was set. The 4.5 was then recovered and 1.5 tubing ran in the hole and the upper surface plug set with cement witnessed to surface. The said well plugging is now complete.
