000PL11774 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0044541190 2006-02-02 Annular Disposal No Violations No annular disposal hookup at well. Equipped with rabbit, tubing and in production. 1- 100 barrel tank and separator in battery. Sun, 33 degrees.
1259189098 2011-03-30 Annular Disposal No Violations No annular disposal hookup at well. Well is in production and equipped with rabbit and tubing. Cloudy, 40 degrees.
1307367076 2011-05-27 Production Wells No Violations I received a call from Sanford with Atlas America reporting a leak at the Brant/Wolf common tank battery located on the east side of SR 252 approximately 1500 south of SR 303. Two Brant wells (3433 and 3434) and three Wolf wells (3431, 3432 and 3732) use this tank battery. The initial assessment indicated that the leak occurred in the bottom of one of the Brant stock tanks. The oil traveled east through the tank battery, south from the tank battery to a catch basin and from the catch basin down a 50 slope to a small creek. The estimated loss was 30 bbl. The OEPA-DERR was notified and Ron Fodo responded. Response activity this day included installing a siphon dam in the creek, fortifying the containment dike, digging a sump in the tank battery and free product recovery with vac trucks flushing the containment area with fresh water.
1307370352 2011-05-31 Production Wells No Violations On this day, Sutton Pump and J-Hawk Water Service were on site to steam clean the four stock tanks before removal. Flushing with fresh water will continue.
1307625077 2011-06-02 Production Wells No Violations Three of the four stock tanks have been removed and the sump hole has been emptied. The impacted stone inside of the tank battery still needs to be cleaned or removed.
1459386878 2011-06-07 Production Wells No Violations Atlas has consolidated the equipment and rebuilt the containment dike. Instead of four stock tanks there is now one and the dike area has been cut in half. The catch basin located south of the tank battery has been closed and will no longer be used. The siphon dam is still in place and will remain for the near future.
2081227675 2014-04-16 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspected production well on 04/16/2014. Tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at both the tank battery and the wellhead. The well is a rabbit well that appeared shut-in at the time of the inspection. Research into the production history of the well showed that the well has not produced since 2011 and therefore it must be plugged.
