1751349376 2018-04-16 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2288. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well was through a residential driveway. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was plumbed above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. The production equipment was enclosed by a stable earthen dike that was free of production fluid. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 100 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
